Membership Points & Refunds
Points earned from a successful purchase are subject to the order's final status.
SaiLia reward points are connected to successful purchases. If an order is returned or refunded:
- Points earned from the returned items will be reversed from your Membership Wallet.
- Redeemed points used for the purchase may be returned to your wallet based on our review.
